How do I reset my forgotten password?
Visit the Login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address to receive a secure password reset link valid for 1 hour.
Can I toggle password visibility when typing?
Yes! Click the eye icon inside the password field on the login and register forms to unmask your password and verify your credentials before submitting.
Can I change my registered email address?
Your registered email is your primary account identifier. If you need to update it, contact [email protected] from your registered email address.

How do matchday RSVPs work?
Players mark their status as 'Available', 'Unavailable', or 'Tentative' from their dashboard or event page. Organisers get a real-time squad count before kickoff.
What are automated availability nudges?
24 hours before a game, Kynic sends gentle automated reminders to players who haven't responded yet so your coach isn't left scrambling for numbers.
Can organisers export team sheets?
Yes! Team admins can view, print, or export matchday squad rosters directly from the event details page.

How does fee splitting work?
Organisers set the total pitch or referee cost for a fixture. Kynic dynamically calculates each confirmed player's share and provides direct digital tracking.
Are online payments secure?
All online transactions are processed through Stripe with 256-bit encryption. Kynic never stores raw credit card details.
Junior & Guardian Verification
Parental approval flows & minor safety protection
How does guardian consent work for under-18s?
When a player under 18 registers, their account requires a parent/guardian's email. An automated verification link and 6-digit PIN are dispatched to the guardian for digital counter-signature before full event access is unlocked.
Why is adult counter-signature required?
Under the NSW Civil Liability Act 2002 and Australian sports compliance laws, minors cannot legally self-indemnify. Adult counter-signatures ensure legal validity and protect club volunteers.
